Hosted email · Unlimited inboxes · Your own domain
hello@, billing@, support@ and everyone's personal address — real mailboxes on your domain, with SMTP and IMAP on every single one. Then a dashboard that shows you the person, not the mailbox.
Unlimited inboxes and unlimited domains on every plan, including the free one.
We launched this year, so there is no wall of customer logos to show you. Here is what we will tell you instead.
Why this doesn't exist yet
Mailbox hosts have the plumbing and no interface. Shared inboxes have the interface and host no mail.
Doing both takes two vendors and two bills today. FounderMail is one.
The difference
Dana wrote to billing@ about an invoice, hello@ about her renewal and support@ about SSO. Every other mail host shows you three unrelated threads in three different mailboxes. We show you Dana.

Real protocols
Every address gets its own SMTP and IMAP credentials, so your mail opens in Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird or anything else that speaks the protocol. No proprietary client, no export ticket. The door you came in by stays open.

March 2026 · already happened
Resellers are reporting increases between 235% and 706%. Our importer connects to your Rackspace account over IMAP and copies every folder across, structure intact — you keep your addresses and your mail.

New "Send mail as" configurations for third-party addresses are already blocked, and existing ones stop working in January. If you receive with Cloudflare and send through Gmail, that stack has a deadline on it.

If your domain is at GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Squarespace or any of 80 other registrars, we write these records for you through Domain Connect. One authorisation, no copy-and-paste. Nobody else in mailbox hosting does this.
SPF and DKIM prove a message is really from you. DMARC tells the receiving server what to do when something fails that test. Without it, anyone can spoof your domain and Gmail will shrug. We set it up with you rather than leaving a link.
Every new domain can answer anyone who has written to you, immediately and with no approval. To write to people who haven't, ask for outbound access — on any plan, including free. Paying doesn't buy the right to send cold mail, because a spammer would happily pay $12.
Straight answers
Yes — that's the whole point. You bring the domain, we run the mail. Your address doesn't change, which is also why ours never can.
You point your MX somewhere else and pull everything over IMAP, the same way you got it here. No export queue, no retention hostage.
Really. A dormant inbox costs us a database row. We meter the three things that do cost money — mail received, mail sent, bytes stored — and nothing else.
No, and we don't train anything on it. Message bodies sit encrypted in blob storage and spam scoring runs on our own hardware, not a third party's.
You still get your mail. The filter fails open by design — a filter outage must never become a mail outage, and we would rather deliver junk than silently drop something real.
One founder, running this same mail stack in production since 2024. The infrastructure isn't new; the dashboard on top of it is.
Free tier, no card, unlimited inboxes. If it isn't better than what you have, the records take two minutes to undo.
